First seminar of 2009 was held

First seminar of 2009 was held between 10-11 April. On the first day of the seminar in which degree certificates were given to the intermediate and advanced students practiced Chi Sau and Wooden Dummy programs. With the participating of the elementary students on the last day intense  technique and fighting programs were applied. The seminar ended after the lunch and the diploma ceremony. The seminar was so useful for not only the power, energy and technique levels of the students but it also was very essential for the improvement of the social relations,  the excitement of the prospective Ron Heimberger Commemoration Seminar in June has already started.
